I love it too, especially as the word daring was my choice out of them all, gosh I am good. Grin Grin Grin Grin

Seriously though, I do think it is great! I tried the other words at the front like offering and providing etc and they just didn't have the same depth, power, grit or stability that "Bringing" does. (off on a tangent there for a minute Wink)

and yes it does 'stick'  Wink

and it does flow

and I think it totally encompasses high rollers purpose

and it makes me think of James Bond  Tongue

Hope you chose this one Brian? It works for me!!!

Hey, Christina & Boss...

After some shuteye and another look at...

                     High Roller Toys
... Bringing Life's Little Luxuries to the Daring

it gets the green light... still looks and sounds as good as it did yesterday...

Thank You's to the both of you... I am humbled by your brilliance!...

The neat thing about it (and most good brands) is, like both of you pointed out, it flows and has a smoothness and simplicity to it... of course, it took pounding away at each of the main words in the phrase until they developed a connectedness to the site title (High Roller Toys) and the product line and the proper "emotion"... the key, I believe, is to keep shaping and shaping it until an "ahaa" moment arrives...

As a side note, if someone else were now to want to brand their site, they could probably do that by just working through this thread (and our back and forth bantering)... just follow through the steps...

If so that's great... it makes it a nice post for this forum... helpful to others...

Anyway, it's on the next phase of the plan now... to drive bunches of targeted traffic to the site... the goal... enough traffic to intially generate $X amount of monthly net profits... where "X" is whatever you set it to be...

Any interest, Christina, Boss, others?... you may be at a different level in the development of your business so this phase may not be of interest to you...

If it is, though, it could be fun and profitable for each of us... kind of  "mastermind" and support each other and help ourselves at the same time...

The way I see it, it would be much like we did with the branding thing where you offered suggestions... now, I'll return the favor... be more of a helper as we each develop out our traffic strategy plans...

I'm curious whether this idea appeals... let me know...

Hi Brian,
I'm glad you decided to stick with it!  Grin

As for the next step of the project..traffic..I'm in the middle stages...after trial and error, I am zoning in on what works and what doesn't in bringing traffic to my site. I am working on my bounce rates too. I'd be glad to brainstorm, exchange ideas and share what I have learned up to this point if interested.

Hi, Christina

I'll take you up on that...

You may already be way ahead of me here, but what I like to do when I begin a project (in this case, driving traffic to a site) is to set a goal I wish to attain...

The goal for this project is to:

1) Drive X amount of traffic (eg. 5000 targeted visitors) per month to the site...
2) assuming a conversion rate of Y % (eg. 1% or .01)...
3) and net profit per site product of Z (eg. average of $25 profit)

We end up with  X times Y times Z = $1250 net profit per month...

Of course, all of our goals will be different depending upon how much traffic we wish to drive... what conversion rate we can get to... and what our profit per product is...

What the above does, though, is to set a framework of goals to attain, so that we know if we drive certain amounts of targeted traffic we can expect to achieve a certain income level...

Does that make any sense?  Anything you wish to add? modify? delete?  Am I too much of a pointy head?   Cheesy ... all comments welcome...

One of the things we can do is hold each other accountable for any goals we set...

After goals are set, then it will come down to identifying the traffic sources that will work best for each's site... it sounds like you've already done some work on this part...

Anyway, we can mastermind and throw things back and forth to each other as we progress along... it'll be fun to reach (and maintain and improve upon) our monthly goals!...

Sounds like a start to me Brian.

I'm gonna mull over what values my X Y and Z is gonna be so I can set up my traffic goal. We can start a new thread so it can stand alone as a helpful guide for others interested as well.

I love the idea of setting goals with someone else, it helps make the goal real..our accountability.

Okay I started this new thread and copied the goal and project guidelines as the first post:
